  • In-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with the security tag attached, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed upon inspection, and a $45 restocking fee is applied. D’yohe provides a prepaid return label with insured shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

Answer: In-stock pieces ship within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted for you, and we aim to ship them within 5 weeks.

Do you make half and quarter ring sizes?

Yes. Made-to-order rings are made in whole, half and quarter sizes. If you're not sure of your size, choose "Half, quarter or not sure" and we'll send you a ring sizer, free. We begin once you confirm your size, and your ring ships about five weeks after that. We'll email you a confirmed date once your order is in the studio.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Fingers change size through the day and over the seasons, and a ring can sit differently from one hand to the next. If yours doesn't feel right, we'll resize it free, up to one size up or down, within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@dyohe.com and we'll send a prepaid, insured label. We cover insured shipping both ways.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the U.S. only for now. Sign up for our emails to hear if that changes.
