Delivery Timelines
Answer: Ready-to-ship jewelry ships within 2 business days. Made-to-order designs are carefully crafted from scratch and follow the timelines stated on each product page.
Answer: In-stock pieces maybe shipped overnight at an additional charge. Made-to-order jewelry is crafted from scratch and follows several processes and craftsman before it makes its way to you.

Answer: Yes! For select items, we offer a pre-order option, allowing you to reserve products before they’re back in stock. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a pre-order button on the product page, along with an estimated shipping date. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Orders & Shipping
Answer: Yes, shipping is complimentary on all orders within the U.S.
Answer: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping will be introduced soon - sign up for our ritual notes to be the first to know.
Answer: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey. Remember to create an account with D'yohe when checking out. All orders and favorites are saved for your easy reference.
Returns & Exchange
Answer: You may return eligible designs within 15 days of delivery if they are unworn and in original condition with tags on. Customized or made-to-order pieces may be final sale.
