Returns & Exchanges

At D’yohe, every piece is created with care and intention. If your jewelry isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process designed to give you confidence in your purchase.

We want your jewelry to be lived in, layered, and loved. If you have any questions about returns, exchanges, or repairs, please reach out to us at info@dyohe.com — we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, tagged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Pieces crafted through The Atelier Service or personalized with engraving are final sale.

Returns

  • Within 15 days: Returns are complimentary. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
  • Between 15–30 days: Returns are accepted with a $30 shipping fee, and refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided in all cases.

Condition of Returns

  • All returned jewelry must be received in its original condition, with security tags and packaging intact.
  • D’yohe reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, tampering, or if the original diamond has been replaced or removed.

Verification Process

  • Every return is subject to quality control and authentication by our team.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned piece has been inspected and verified against its original record.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • D’yohe is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit using unauthorized shipping methods. We provide prepaid, insured labels for your protection and strongly recommend their use.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available under the same terms as returns.
  • Exchange shipping is complimentary.
  • Returns of exchanged items are subject to a $30 fee, regardless of timeline.
  • Returns must still be made within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your jewelry passes Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
  • Eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment method (for returns within 15 days) or issued as store credit.

Repairs & Resizing

  • Manufacturing defects: Free repairs within 30 days.
  • Resizing: Free if returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Handling-related repairs: If damage occurs from poor handling within 30 days, repair fees plus two-way shipping will apply.

  • Atelier and bespoke designs are final sale.
  • To ensure confidence before committing, we offer one round of complimentary sampling with a commitment to buy.
