Shipping policy

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order within the U.S.
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted for you, and we aim to ship them within 5 weeks. We'll send a confirmed delivery date once your order has been processed in the Studio.
Overnight delivery is available on in-stock pieces for $50, within the contiguous U.S. (not Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses). Orders placed by 12 PM ET, Monday to Thursday, ship the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed later ship on the next Monday-to-Thursday working day. A signature is required on delivery, and overnight orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
If an overnight order is delivered late, for any reason, we refund the $50 overnight charge.
In an order that also includes made-to-order pieces, the overnight charge applies to the in-stock pieces. Made-to-order pieces ship free once they are ready.
While we make every effort to meet the stated timelines, unforeseen circumstances — including delays in manufacturing, supply chain, or carrier services — may occasionally arise. D'yohe is not responsible for such delays, except for the overnight refund above, but we will keep you informed and provide updated timelines where possible.
Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided.
