  • Made-to-Order jewelry ships in 3 to 5 weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery date once the order has been processed in the Studio.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt and return shipping is $20. Labels will be provided by D'yohe.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, tagged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Made-to-order jewelry and personalized with engraving are final sale.
